Hiring! Turn-over Assistant Responsibilities: Coordinate and secure turn-over schedules from Property Management Admin. Assist Property Officer in ensuring units are clean prior to accommodating clients. Assist buyers in their respective ocular inspection and note all punchlist items for rectification. Assist buyers in re-inspecting the unit after completion of rectification of their punchlisted items. Process the issuance of the Certificate of Acceptance. Process turn-over of keys of accepted units to Property Administration. Input all transactions made within the day to update Unit Owner Acceptance Report and provides copies to all concerned units. To ensure smooth turn-over of units to buyers with the least number of concerns. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. Computer literacy including knowledge of basic software applications. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
