Ive been there exactly one year. Of course i chose to wait a year. Ive seen ppl promote in 3 months. Recently the call center acyually took ALL the employees to seattle, we got to see macklemore and ryan lewis in concert not to mention t-mobile paid for all our drinks, 5 star hotels, and concert! What company does that? Pau starts over 12. And you can bonsu up to Im only providing all this info because lots of people ask so i wanna get it out all at once. If you have kids you get 200 for childcare. FREE. Full benefits, 75 percent off your phone bill.. They alwaya give away free fun things like tvs, phones, nice headphones. Ect. It is high stress thats why they spoil us! We eaen gas rewards, gift cards and i cant remember the last time i paid for shoes. T-mobile pays for my foot locker shoes. Lol. Course good stats get you far! They do hawaii trips, vegas trips! I cant brag enough and express how much the company has changed! We love getting new people! Training is always tue- sat. Fully paid! 1.50 more per hour on weekends. And 1.00 after 7 pm weekdays pay. I believe hours are 10- 630. It varys. You can apply part time after training! No criminal record i believe. Must have GED or diploma. They like if you have customer service exp if not youll take an assessment in the application. Pass that rock the interview and youll be good:) must be over 18!
