For all Customer service processes min 15 k in hand to 25 to 30 k in hand apart from incentives. ( depends on candidates last drawn salary & over all bpo experience on papers ). 2. For other processes apart from Customer service max goes till 35 k to 40k in hand apart from incentives. ( depends on candidates last drawn salary & over all bpo experience on papers ). 3. If a candidate has any non bpo experience on paper’s it would consider as 20 to 40 % & bpo voice experience would be considered 100 %. Transport Boundaries ( Pick up & Drop ). 1. Malad – Churchgate 2. Malad - Virar 3. Malad – Vashi (Including Koperkahirane, Ghansoli & AIroli) 4 Malad – Thane (Including Ghodbunder road) If candidate’s first shift start’s during day shift no home pick up there would be centralized pick up.
