( 10k to 15.5k ) Profile1: HR Recruiter v Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives. v Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. v Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements v Sourcing the candidates through job portals and making outbound calls. v Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. v Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. v Line-up candidates for interviews for various companies. v Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with those who can relocate. v Follow-up candidates from the time of the interview till the joining and their satisfaction. v End-to-end recruitment. Profile2: HR Coordinator The job primarily includes coordinating work inside the HR department. He maintains a detailed record of the turnover The coordinator is also responsible for consulting with HR about company policies and procedures, and whenever necessary in helping them. He has to be in regular touch with candidates for any requirements related to offer letters or joining. His responsibility also includes assessing, sieving, and interviewing candidates for available positions; and making referrals of well-qualified and skillful applicants to the respective companies.
