DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Selling Franchisee and exploring new markets across India. • Well versed with paper works (shop license). • Identify the potential Investors through various sources. • Confident in handling HNI Clients and Elite class personnel. • Explain the FRANCHISE MODEL (Investment, Fixed Expenses, Variable Expenses, R.O.I, Profit Share etc) to the prospective franchise partner Possess good contacts and sound database. • Frequent participation in Exhibitions, Trade Shows etc PAN India. • Well versed with latest advertising – Marketing – Promotional trends in the market. • Should have good knowledge about franchise mode of operations. • Serves as a liaison between franchises and company headquarters. DESIRED PROFILE: • Should possess good front end, very presentable with excellent communication skills. • Very comfortable in approaching and communicating with HNI / High-End clients. • Should possess a Valid Passport – willing to travel extensively PAN India & abroad as required. • Should be an extrovert, highly energetic, target & task oriented.
