In Computer Science, Information Systems or IT related degree. - 4+ years of practical experience in PHP development for large-scale, web-based applications using PHP Frameworks especially with Symfony 2 Framework and Slim Micro Framework. - Extensive knowledge of system analysis. - Solid grounding in the fundamentals of Object-Oriented Design and design patterns. - Front-end skills with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and XML. - Extensive knowledge of SQL databases - MySql is required. - Good knowledge base of Linux and Windows operating systems and Networking. - Solid Experience building RESTful API based product offerings and solutions - Experience with GIT version control. - Develops complex program documentation using structure diagrams, -behavior diagrams and interaction diagrams, system and program flowcharts and test plans. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate & collaborate with both business and technical teams required - Excellent problem solving and organization skills - Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism and integrity - Startup experience preferred.
