His Holiness the Gyalwang Drukpa arrived in the morning of 28th August 2013, warmly received by the people. Thereafter, His Holiness and entourage of Rinpoches, together with local dignitaries visited the Thunkay Latto plantation site, where we broke the Guinness World Records last year. On 29th August, meeting of the masters began with an open floor discussion. On 30th August, representatives from Sri Lanka Government arrived at Hemis Monastery to have a private audience with His Holiness the Gyalwang Drukpa.
