His Peace John 14:27 27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Do you let the circumstances of life create anxious and troubling moments? We all have moments or seasons that are filled with anxiousness and fear. Sometimes our lives are like a Fear Factor show, we never know what kind of mess we might need to swim through or what kind of stuff that we might need to eat. Jesus never said that life would always be simple and easy and full of sunshine. Sometimes life and people can kick us in the face and knock us down. Jesus told us to put faith in God and Him only, He told us not to put faith in man and his traditions. When we put our faith and trust in men and their traditions, it normally does not lead to the Peace of Jesus, it leads us to moments and seasons of pain and lack. In Him (Jesus) is where we will have peace, His tender mercies, Love and compassion will heal and restore us. He is the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords and the Prince of Peace. If we put our focus on Jesus and His finished work on the cross and remember how much He truly Loves and cares for us, we can rest in His Peace and not be afraid.
