His banner over us is love. In due time while we are still, Help will come from Zion.....BE STILL AND KNOW THAT AM GOD. Have you ever pondered on why a LOVING GOD like YAHWEH will instruct us to be still. Maybe He requires our STILLNESS to act on our behalf. Come let us think on ... In the middle of war, what a supposed wise man should do is fight. ....and God says be still. The bible says it is not by power or might but by my spirit says the Lord. In another place its says leave Vengeance for God and a whole lot of other places to show that except God fight for You,, all your effort will be meaningless. It take the grace of God to believe that there is a God in heaven who can fight for us better than we do it. And for this the bible says my Grace is sufficient for You and my Power is made manifest in weakness. In looking upon God it is pertinent we hold to the faith we profess. Our stillness does not entail letting go of that which Binds us to God. It require we stand with all our armour and then look upon God with all our might, power and strenght. Certainly things that will tempt us may come, but once we are ready to make the necessary effort God will always come to our rescue. In all areas of your expectations friends BE STILL AND KNOW THAT HE IS GOD. HIS POWER is made manifest in weakness
