His full name is Jack Obhafuoso Osime Also Known As (aka) Jack Ododo. He was training as a Tanker Driver at Ewu, his birth place. Jack Ododo is a native of Ewu, home city of Chris Oyakhilome, Eunice Osagiede, Ikhide Ikheloa and SME. This young hard working man has been languishing in prison for over four years without trial. His offence is that he is tall, he tried to exercise his constitutional rights and he is from a poor parentage. Jack was arrested about about five years ago at Ewu, Edo State following an alleged robbery incidence at the home of one Chief Enabor, Eribo of Ewu Kingdom. The Eribo allegedly told the police that the robber was tall. This led the police to arrest two tall youths in the little industrial city of Ewu; Godstime Aburime (a football coach) & Jack Ododo (a tanker driver). Both were released on bail for lack of evidence. Jack felt that his freedom was maliciously trampled upon by what he considered to be false imprisonment. This allegedly led him to threaten to sue his accuser for legal reliefs on grounds that he was falsely and maliciously accused and detained. Unfortunately for Jack, before he could carry out his intended legal action, he was again quizzed by the police for the same matter. He has been in custody ever since. But Godstime Aburime was freed, thanks to the power of powerful surname. Now four years don waka, Jack still dey inside jail, no trial, no bail. Jack, like the proverbial Goskolo, is rotting away inside Ubiaja prison on account of an allegation for which he vehemently claims innocence and for which, allegedly, he has neither been tried nor found guilty by a court of law or tribunal. The two pillars of Jacks life are dead. His father died from heart aches because of Jacks incarceration. His Master Tanker Driver died in an accident. Jack is now left with no one but you, me, Lady Justicia and God to plead his innocence and restore his freedom and human dignity. Arent you going to put your humanity to the test? Recently concerned Ewu youths started mobilizing for Jacks release. They are determined to get the innocent out of jail by all means necessary including mobilizing for the huge amount that the police are allegedly asking to be paid to quench the case. But the youths of Ewu, which I once led a decade ago, have requested me to solicit for your supportive voice to be added to theirs to make their footwalk loud enough to be heard in critical corners and bring justice to that poor Nigerian youth languishing in detention innocently. Thus I, Saintmoses Eromosele, passionately solicit your goodwill and a flow of your humanity to lend you voice to ours in asking the relevant authorities, the police and the local government to Let Justice Be Done To Release Jack Obhafuoso Osimen As Quickly As Possible.
