Historically speaking... I guess if the appointment of commissioned Ooficers is being suppressed by the federal government, while they are appointing commissioned officers in a dual role mode witht he military being first, it shows they are acting outside the bounds of the Constitution of the United States. Obviously the Governor is not appointing anyone really, so it is the right of the people to now come forward and appoint their own commissioned officers through the county.
