History has produced a legacy of distinguished and outstanding leaders who have impacted the world and furthered the development of humanity. There were both men and women, rich and poor,learned and un learned, trained and the untrained. They came from every race, color, language and culture of the world. Many of them have no ambition to become great or renowned,great leaders of history were people just like you. They were not necessarily smarter, wiser or more gifted than you are, but they had passion for life that was motivated by a purpose and sense of destiny. Passion comes from inspiration and it is a vital catalyst for leadership. When someone is passionate about his purpose and vision, he does not need others to motivate him to work.
