History reminds us of the happenings of yesterday in order to give us the knowledge to manage today so as to equip us for the task of tomorrow. So long as we continue to reject the wisdom from history, we will keep on repeating the mistakes of Adolf Hitler, Saddam Hossein, Mohammed Gadhaffi and many others who are now enjoying an unenviable place in the negative Guinness book of records. History has never deceived its learners. But the learners of history attempt every day to deceive history and they end up falling into the very trap of their predecessors. If you are greedy, selfish, self centered or egoistic, thinking that it is possible for you to own the resources of this vast world alone, then you better turn to the pages of history and see what lessons they have for you, for he who destroy others to achieve success shall meet destruction at the gate of success.
