Hit a form of the CrossFit Team series workouts this morning, one being the snatch ladder. I started with the Burpee Box Jump/squat clean, followed with the push press/front squat WOD then finished with my version of the snatch ladder which was 10 reps at each weight using 60-70-80-90-100kg on the snatch all 50 reps for time! Here are a few of my 100kg Snatches. Very happy to have only missed one of the 10 after all the volume! Aim was to be consistent and efficient in every rep aiming to make them all look the same! It started feeling a little heavy but appreciate maintaining technique. Movement and technique first, weight second! Humbled by this weeks training. Mentally and physically stronger for another batch of challenges to come on this pursuit of fitness! JB
