Hit report January 3rd 2015 Flint and Denbigh met at Cefn, where the hunt is based. Pony club were out with the main hint today, I can see why it added much needed numbers to a dwindling support, ten years on from the hunting act and support seems less than even, give it another ten years..... We rather hoped maybe the hunt would be on their best behaviour in front of so many youngsters, but that wasnt the case, Jezza Scatterpack Reed drawn the raffle (we didnt have a ticket) some of the supporters were being nice but unfortunately all the hunt staff didnt get the memo... A saboteur was assaulted police and ambulance took a long time to turn up (well tell you more on that shortly) Sometimes hounds go into full cry on the trail of a fox the huntmaster never controls his hound and sometimes Sabs need to take control of the pack, a hunt employee informed us by doing this we could take the hounds off the (imaginary) trail and onto.a fox then wed be guilty of illegally hunting and hed call.the police! Well thats the biggest load of cr*p weve ever heard even from this lot! We knew where the hunt were at all times surrounding the area they were hunting allowing us to monitor them at all times, Hint packed in just before dark. A special mention to our sab friends who couldnt have drove much further than they did to join us today. As for as we know it was a good day for the foxes :)
