Hitching Post owners want insurance claims dismissed By Becky Orr borr@wyomingnews CHEYENNE -- The owners of the Hitching Post Inn have asked a judge to dismiss its claims against an insurance company regarding a fire that destroyed portions of the Cheyenne hotel. CJM Hospitality LLC filed a motion Sept. 26 in U.S. District Court asking for a voluntary dismissal of all claims against National Surety Corp. CJM Hospitality owns the Hitching Post Inn at 1700 W. Lincolnway. National Surety Corp. is the company that insured the Hitching Post Inn. The company will address the dismissal issues in a response it will file, attorney Brian Klosterman of Casper said Wednesday. He represents the insurance company.
