Hitting and mistreating is not the only type of abuse. There is a dog in our neighborhood, his name is max and he is an adorable German Shepard with big ears that loves EVERYONE. He comes to our house nearly every day after escaping his yard (his owners are too lazy to fix the fence). He is VERY young, he should be eating puppy food but is happy to scarf down food meant for grown dogs. He is the SWEETEST dog I have met and will gladly cuddly with anyone. He is neglected, left to roam without tags, skinny and dehydrated by the time he comes to visit us and it breaks my heart that this goes on right next door... I have nothing else to say, its a shame, a complete shame....
