Hitting the heavy weights 150s for 6 ..once again after no direct push exercises this last month (injuries) here at #goldsgymSantaClara Not my best as it will take some muscle memory and stabilization training to control the weight and balance each side. Looks like I have a flexibility imbalance as well. Seeing left the cameras right arm goes up higher. The eye in the sky doesnt lie. I am my own worst critic never needed a hater to push my buttons.
