Hiya! My name is Chase! You may recognize me from the website since my picture has graced the page for the last 13 months! I have actually called CNHS my home for the last 15 months. I first arrived here when I was only a few weeks old. What a cute fluff-ball I was back in the day! Who am I kidding, nothing’s changed! I guess why I’m really here is to tell you all that I am up for adoption! Today, I am hoping to de-bunk some myths and answer some questions that have been standing in the way of me finding my family! 1) Chase, I thought your picture was only on the website as decoration! – While I strongly believe that would be a good use for my picture in the future, it is currently listed under the adoptable cats because I am, in fact, looking for my forever home. 2) You have never lived in a home, is this going to affect the way you adjust in your adopted house? – Definitely not! I have been fortunate enough to spend a majority of my last year in the larger, home like, adoptable room at the shelter. They have prepared me well for a home with lots of visitors, other cats, and even children. 3) Chase, I’m worried that if I adopt you, your abundance of cuteness will make the rest of the family feel inferior. Should I be concerned? –Okay so maybe I made up that last one, but everyone should be concerned, I am adorable, it’s both a blessing and a curse! Everything will be fine though, just look at it as adding another cute member to your already adorable family. We can leave the rankings out of it! I am ready to get out of this place and embrace all the world has to offer! If you think your home can handle one fuzz-ball of cuteness then please call Central Nebraska Humane Society at (308)385-5305 or just stop out to visit me! If you are unable to bring me home, please SHARE my story to help me find that one special home!
