Hizb claims responsibility Magam, Khanyar attacks Hizbul Mujahideen claimed responsibility of twin attack , Hizb spokesman Baleegudin in a tele statement to Valley Media Service while claiming the responsibility for twin attacks of Magam and Khanyar said the attacks were a wakeup call for those who are supporting pro-India parties. If people wont introspect and stay away from pro-India politicians, we will carry out deadly attacks and people would be responsible themselves, he said.
