Hm, there are concerns that something most of us have been ignoring as doesnt apply to us, surely? in the VATMOSS stuff may actually be an issue. Namely whether the part that includes: advertising space on a website will consider 3rd parties like Google Adsense, Project Wonderful etc. under the marketplace heading as with ebooks etc. or whether the website owner would be responsible.
