Hmm…. Folks, it saddens me a lot when I see Chief Executives of our public institutions neglect key officers of their institutions in their works, communications and speeches. In fact, how can Mr Kwasi Opong Fosu, the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, urged the MMDCEs to work with the presiding officers, coordinating directors, security chiefs, traditional rulers and leaders of political parties; and deliberately neglect the Planning Officers and Engineers. Knowing very well that each district rest on the these key officers (District coordinating directors, District Planning Officers and the District Engineers) not temporal political heads such as the presiding officers and leaders of political parties.
