Hmm. I dont get it. Mac pages 09 was super...I did all my music booklets in there, could export PDFS with more security settings. You could measure things very well and it was my home office replacement for Adobe Indesign. I loved it. Just spent 25 minutes looking on the new Mac Pages for an Insert Page command. Great job guys. They really dumbed it down so that it is simply iOS 7 compatible and mom can make a holiday flyer, but they left professional people behind. You cant paste pages from one document into the other...and oh joy....if you make the mistake to convert your files to the new pages, you can still export them to the 09 file format. I gotta wonder - with Steve Jobs gone, is mac becoming totally idiotic? Or will they then make us pay for a new software package to get the old features back? Luckily Pages 09 stays on the computer after the new install - but they one day will not support it. Kinda just like the $200 Logic Express 9 I bought...not compatible with os 10.9 Mavericks. OK, gripe over.....have a lovely day!
