Hmm... New Pink Floyd album: moments of recognition of the band that once was. Moments which are genuinely moving and the guitar playing is exquisite. I cant help, however, but think it sounds like a pastiche Pink Floyd soundtrack to a documentary about the band where nobody directly connected with the band seems to be involved and the film makers cant afford the rights to the real music and so therefore commission a well meaning tribute band to do the job instead... When the album finishes Ill go and put Animals on instead...
