Hmm... five things about me: 1. When I was in the fourth grade, I told my teacher that I wanted to teach blind and deaf kids how to read and wrote. Ive been teaching special ed now for 28 years. 2. I had a phone interview for my first teaching job, as I was in NY and the job I wanted was in AZ. I worked at a school 11 miles into the desert from any location. It was connected to a migrant camp and I had a lot of Native American students. 3. I met my husband while working at a Jewish summer camp. We both had a heart for adoption, and the rest is history! We were introduced to one another by a cute little four year old. She was a Korean adoptee and later was the flower girl in our wedding. 4. I would like to raise chickens, but the rest of the fan is not on board with that.5. My first car was a 1957 Ford Falcon. It was given to me by a great aunt, but the door fell off and the floor rusted through before I was old enough to drive it. Betsy Norton your number is 7. :-)
