Hmm go into the drawer where the pot holders belong but find it empty because I always slop stuff on them and washed them but never brought them up from the basement. So I decide its a good plan to use a tissue thin dish towel as a potholder to take something out of the oven. Its burning my hand through the towel so I start to drop it so I use my other bare hand to catch the 425 degrees for 20 min metal tray. :( I am an idiot and horribly maimed/disfigured.
