Hmm maybe this can help me get a promotion n raise :) Email was sent by Global Headquaters... :) I just wanted to take the time to let you know what a wonderful employee you have in Adrian. I sent a return, that had no paperwork, just a return label to door 2556. After I was contacted, that this was a return but needed to be tagged elsewhere, the only person I could think of at PDC with knowledge of what I needed was him. I knew he handle all kinds of miss labels like I do so here at Global and I knew he would help me, even though it was not his job! What an awesome person to work with, his humor, everything was top notch! Loved it! Well he went over to door 2556 and sent me back a picture and sure enough Adrian found the product. Please understand how much I appreciated him and if he ever needs anything I will always be there for him!
