Hmmm...Cant squat? Have a butt wink? Knees collapse? low back stiff when squatting? BETCHA CAN beat all these issues!! Here is a simple corrective way of beating all the odds of you thinking that you cant squat and disprove that squats are bad for the knees...! WHY this works? - arms straight overhead - the stretch of the band pulls the t-spine and decompresses it much like opening up an accordion...remember discs thrive on inhibition to stay healthy - its weight bearing - knees over toes and you can spread the floor - because of the decompressing effect, you are loosing up and lubricating the SIJoints - eliminate butt winking - create depth with a neutral lumbar spine - to improve grab a lighter band the better you get which forces you to work harder because you are adding more of your body weight due to the lighter band!! THEN progress to no assistance! ...WOW!! Now before ANYONE tells me that squats are BAD for the knees, check out the hips and knees FIRST before making a statement like that!!
