Hmmm....... I have a lotta thoughts after just walking the halls of Nicks high school. FIRST- They are all taller than me. SECOND-I wouldnt want to be a kid again. For anything. I could almost FEEL the loneliness and I dont fit in on some of their faces. BUT DESPITE that (and even BECAUSE of that), Im so beyond grateful for MY high school kid. He hasnt had it easy the last year or so and he has fought HARD and we are so proud. Did I mention why I was there anyway? Because OUR high school kid has found his place.....to fit in! Been chosen to represent the school in Tennessee this weekend with his Virtual Business class. His grades range from 91 to 96 and you can see joy in his eyes again. Hmmmmm.....so many thoughts......
