Hmmm. More news on the house front. Looks like my tenants have been successfully nagged by their children into heading for sheltered housing. The timing is lousy - eighteen moths ago I had money and could have done it up, eighteen months time I will have money and can do it up (I will have had it 25 years and the mortgage long paid off will mature), now I shall probably have to borrow some, which is doubtless going to be a pain. Still, Im fond of that sweet Swanage house, I shall enjoy being there for a bit, and a look on Zoopla suggests it is worth quite a lot of money and is worth much more rent than Im currently charging. So, good news over all I think...
