Hmmm .Reality: In network marketing, you have to understand your numbers. In finding people like you, you have to go through the numbers. Most of the people we recruit into our business are not self motivated. 27% of the people are NEGATIVE! 60% of the people are motivatable! 10% of the people are self motivated! 3% of the people are motivators! Ask yourself a question, where do you belong in these 4 categories? If you want to succeed, stay away from the 27 % because they will kill your dreams. The 60% of the people, are motivatable which means they are not stable and not loyal to one business opportunity. They easily get excited and sign up in more than one business opportunities. So you cannot rely on them to duplicate you appropriately. You will have many in your team. Just recognise them and keep recruiting more people. Some of you 60% will lead you to the 10% that you really need to explode your business. The 10% are SELF MOTIVATED! These are the people you need in you team to explode your business. How do you get them? You have to go through the numbers. Keep showing your opportunity to at least minimum of 10 people per day if you want success. When you do this consistently, you Wil find the right people who are self motivated. Self motivated individuals Wil go beyond to win. They will follow the system, go to meetings, trainings and do whatever it takes to be successful. Dont be frustrated, keep sponsoring new people and make sure you plug everyone into the system. Many will Falk off and a few will stay to build an empire with you. YOU WILL HAVE TO BE FOCUSED, CONSISTENT AND RELENTLESS. The 3% are very rare to recruit into your team. They are already successful and all they do is motivate and help others to be successful. If you find one and he or her joins your business, The you are on your way to making millions. In conclusion, our business model is a numbers game. Keep going until you have the a few 10% category of people in your team. Remember, lead by example and pay attention.
