Hmmmm .... With starting my running again this week for the big run and next weeks induction for Martial Arts ( I must be seriously crazy ... Or a push over as Caleb wants to do it with me there ) I should lose this last stone in no time ... Right ?? Aim - be at target weight by Christmas .... Starting today in back on it 100% !!!! Breakfast - 1 peach and 1 nectarine !! Lunch either chicken and pepper skewers and salad or jacket potato with salad and tea - stir fry veg and noodles ..... Now to stick to it !!
