Hmmmm... so my boss decides to get the incompetent whined up toy to cover my shifts on my two days off, which happen to be both important delivery days AND busy as hell days. To boot, he is paired with the other slow worker whom is prone to panic attacks. Oh, and they are training the new guy I brought in. Neither have ever done my shift before btw. Ever. I offered to give up my saturday to make sure the delivery is done right and the new guy gets proper training. The boss said they will be fine it is not going to be the end of the world. So... I will be checking in on the three stooges every so often. But mostly I want to see the look on their faces when they realize just how difficult my shift really is. Anyone want to observe with me?
