Hmmmmm.... I have withheld opinion for or against immigrants coming to the US. The atrocities at the border are sickening, what children and their families go through to get here is heart breaking, what these people endure in their own countries is inhumane. These statistics are interesting and compelling though. Im starting to think that the answer is not to keep allowing more and more immigration into the United States.... but maybe look to ways that we can help these people and their countries so that there is no need for them to flee (essentially as refugees) from their homes. So that they can thrive in their native homes. Everyone deserves clean water, homes, clothing, healthy food, and access to medical care. I dont know... I realize there is no easy answer. The statistics are interesting none-the-less.
