Hold on to your wallets working-class Americans. A Washington-Republican has introduced legislation that would amend the Fair Labor Standards Act to allow employers to give comp time instead of overtime pay. This is an example of something I would vote against. As the financial divide between the worker and the company continues to grow we need to be strengthening worker protections, not weakening them.
