Mobility Lab 5/22/14 - 6:30pm Beaverton Crossfit A) 25 minute mobilization prep. -Ankle/plantar surface -Anterior chain (hip/quads) -Posterior low chain (hams) -Posterior high chain (glutes) -Well make something up to get you deeper. B) Squat Off! (10 minute time cap) -Rx division-barefoot/zero drop shoe -Scale division #1-Nano like shoe/Oly shoe -Scale division #2-Plate under heels C) Banded hip extension (anterior hip capsule....hip opener/pelvis neutralizer)
