"Holding on too tight, forged a fight" their beginning began as a genesis within, nurtured, adored, protected, never taken for granted, their ties began with tied together of the same matter, born and raised of the same values, to be dedicated, devoted, smart, wise, safe, prepared, strong, proud, and full of Grace. A tear fractured their unit, quickly traveling throughout their vessel eroding all that had been cherished, rewarded, thrashing around violently to be independent of the tie that became a bind, a knot instead of a life line of joy, mercy, peace, a home; now unwanted, unvalued, disrespected, distained no longer a fit, only a bitter resentment of what was such a battle to undo what was created, what was done for freedom was the precious prize, not tethered close – side by side, no longer side by side, the genesis despised.
