Holiday Trifle Oh so good...if you like creamy! This is the way to say hello to dessert with very little calories. Looks indulgent but wait till you see the ingredients: First, begin by baking a GLUTEN-free vanilla cake by Pamela’s Products. Let cool. Next, whip (by hand or electric) whole organic cream. No sugar needed. Slice a dozen or more strawberries Make chocolate pudding with AVOCADOS!! 1 cup unsweetened hemp or almond milk 3 ripe avocados, peeled & pitted 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp Unsweetened dark cocoa powder (or to taste if you love chocolate like I do) ½ cup + 2 tbsp pure maple syrup 2 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth; takes about 50-60 seconds. Cut cake into three layers horizontally. Start by placing the bottom layer of cake into the bottom of a bowl (trifle bowl, if possible). Add a layer of chocolate pudding. Place strawberries around the edge and all over. Then spread a generous layer of whipped cream. Repeat. Garnish with mint and strawberry slices.
