Holidays are TOUGH to stay inline with health and fitness goals. I can see it in myself. The weather is colder, Im less active outside, Im busy with events and drink empty calories and eat things I usually dont, let alone much too much of it. And sometimes I feel so gross from eating too much that working out is the LAST thing I want to do. How counter-productive. We ALL face this. Did you know that the average American gains 5-10 lbs during this season? WHAAAAAAA??!!!??? No wonder getting back into health & fitness is one of the top New Years Resolutions every year! THIS year, Im going to put more of an effort to be MINDFUL of my munching and drinks. Eat enough, but not too much that I feel like a blob. I want this to be a lifestyle change, and stay away from Yo-Yo-ing. DONT GET ME WRONG, Im going to enjoy myself, but Im going to be be more AWARE of my actions.
