Holidays can be difficult when you are trying to eat healthy. Be Prepared and Commit to a healthy moderation diet. Yesterday we juiced enough for 3 days. Today I made Kale chips and I have Bone broth cooking. Being Prepared and Committed to yourself are the keys to eating in a moderately healthy way through the holiday season. Moderately healthy for me means eating whole foods most of the time and being able to happily indulge on the holidays or at events.
