Holly and I have set aside our hill climbing workouts to enjoy the Y gym in Ferndale, and Bellingham-its not pretty on the inside by any means but its cheap for a single parent and you get the same work out- excited to use the massive climbing wall this winter when I need a break from the usual work out. Climbing takes balance, strength, focus and flexibility..plements the yoga practice! Love that! And it brings me back toy tree climbing days as a kid! To the top baby!
