Holy Booty! LIKE if this is an area you want to seriously shape up! OK for those of you who have been following I am a HUGE fan of body weight exercises. There are very few pieces of equipment that I use and it takes a LOT to impress me. BUT, I got my hands on one of these and all can say is HOLY BOOTYNESS! I dont think that is a world but WOWZERS this thing works it! Very challenging and I love it! Check it out for your self Booty Belt or bootybelt So here is the thing- you can TOTALLY do these exercises without any resistance but this makes it pretty intense! Here I am doing: 1⃣Donkey kicks (Glutes) 2⃣leg lifts (Glutes and hamstrings) 3⃣in and outs (Inner thigh, Outer thigh, Abs, Quads, Glutes) 4⃣leg press (Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings) 5⃣Flutter kicks (Abs,Outer thighs, Inner thighs)
