Holy crap.... Apparently, I wasnt clear enough in my previous rant and now people are making the claim that Im against the fourth amendment. For those who believe that, you are an idiot and could use a brush-up on your reading comprehension skills. To be sure there are no misunderstandings, let me give you a couple of scenarios. What right does a mass murderer, such as the Aurora shooter, have to a fair trial when they showed no mercy to any of their victims? What sense does it make to give him an attorney, who argues in his defense from everything including insanity to the devil made me do it, when theres a mountain of evidence that proves their guilt? Yes, I know all about the fourth amendment and it guarantees a fair trial but do you understand what Im saying? It defies all logic and common sense. Lets say, a video camera records footage of a criminal blowing the brains out of a store clerk for what little cash in the register. Is there really any question of whether or not the perp committed the crime? Its obvious, from anyones account, that the perp is guilty so...what are we doing when we give the scum life without parole? We are allowing him the privilege that he deprived his victims of — LIFE! The hardened criminal or gangster gets three hots and a cot, some getting much more than that, for DECADES. So tell me again, who is it thats really being punished? Its the American taxpayer! Common sense...is not so common anymore. -MD
