Holy shit. I lack the words. There are many police altercations that happen merely because someone makes a bad decision; a perfect example of this is the recent shooting of a 19 year old woman as she tried to flee an outdoor party where she had, along with other underage people, been drinking. As an officer attempted to stop her from fleeing, with his weapon drawn, the girl continued. When the officer ran in front of her car, he was struck (assumed from available video) and opened fire, killing the woman. Out-of-control cops + stupid decisions from citizens = trouble. But there are, far too often, blatant abuses by police of innocent citizens going about their daily lives. This video is one of those. A guy is out on Memorial day with a helmet-mounted video camera.
