Home Care North East Bay Ltd have asked for our assistance in recruiting. They are a local non profit service that help people in our local area. Their clients consist of all age groups: • The elderly, especially those who are frail or infirm and live alone • Families experiencing stress due to illness or other circumstances • Special needs (physical, sensory, learning disability or illness) • Carers needing respite support They are looking for genuinely caring people to work as Care Assistants for their non profit service. Would ideally like fully qualified Care Assistants but is finding it hard to recruit these. Garda Vetting is mandatory. They are happy to consider people on the waiting list for the Healthcare Assistant course. They would prefer people who have experience as Carers including looking after family members. It would be best if they have a full clean license. The rate of pay is 11.25 per hour for non qualified and 12.25 per hour for qualified Carers.
