Home Depot & Harveys are cleaning the parking lot as our weekly cruise night starts in just a few short weeks. For those who live in Newmarket The Town of Newmarkets sweeping contractor will begin the winter sand cleanup throughout the town starting April 28th, weather permitting. The sweep will remove the buildup of winter sand and debris on the streets of the Winter months. Additional sweeping will be performed by the towns sweeper months or as required. Residents are asked to refrain from parking on the streets between 7:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. to ensure that the sweeper has a clear path to perform this work and not to make piles along curb line. The sweeping will take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete and will be starting at the north end of town, concluding at the south end. Thanks to residents in advance for their patience as the sweeping crews make their way throughout Town. Come on show season, hopefully with the long winter we have had Mother Nature will bless us with great weather this year.
