Home Depot and Verizon Wireless I have two accounts with Home Depot and Verizon Wireless. The latter is monthly while the former is until the bill is paid in full. I signed up for paper documents via "Snail Mail." Both agencies agreed to this payment method. However, I have yet to receive documents from either one. Despite my calls to obtain this form of payment, they still have not responded in the affirmative. I am "Old School," but these companies force their customers to buy a computer and attend to their account on-line. If one is not attentive to their accounts, by this method, their account could be in the arrears. Just a word of caution to all of my Facebook Friends.
