Home alone.... Things usually begin to happen when parents pull out of the driveway. Instructions were left...no matches...no stove, etc. While we are gone, do this, do that. When we come back, it had better be done! When they left, you got to playing or whatever. Time got away from you, and suddenly you hear your parents drive up in the driveway, and you did not have your chores done. Do you remember how you felt? We focus a lot on the fact that Jesus is coming back, and he is! But, sometimes we forget that Jesus left us instructions to follow before he left. He said, I am going to be gone, but while I am gone I want you to spread the Gospel. I want you to see that folks are healed, and set free. We all have a job to do. I dont want to hear the sound of the trumpet and suddenly realize that I havent done what he told me to do before he left. Let us be about our Fathers business. I love you.
