A giant economy size bottle of antibiotic, a tetanus shot, an antibiotic shot & an appointment for a bandage change in 48 hours not to mention the comment Oh, by the way, you need to let a doctor change that bandage every 48 hours due to the high risk for infection. Not to scare you or anything, but if that gets infected, you could lose that thumb.
