Home from Work, Toes feel like they were hit by hammers all night. They are so red I could give Rudolf a run for that foggy night gig if this were Christmas Eve. Got to make a 3 gal batch of Alfredo sauce, blew it BIG TIME by using black pepper, tried to say we could pass it off by calling it Country Gravy Alfredo Sauce. I looked just like a really great Milk Gravy, but tasted so good as Alfredo Sauce, but that did not go over well. We had to throw it away anyway. I saved about 12 oz to bring home (I swear... It was SO GOOD... even if it did look like milk gravy) but I forgot it so that is being thrown away anyway. I blame my sore toes for forgetting, that was pretty much all I thought about at close.
